Ama Duncan is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and the founder of the Fabulous Women Network. She is the CEO of Ama Duncan Consulting through which she consults for businesses and has trained over 2000 professionals. With about 14 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Ama conducts one-on-one and group coaching for women-led businesses and has also created online courses. Other projects she has facilitated include the Women’s Leadership Development Program organized by the Kofi Annan International Peace Keeping Center (KAIPTC), EU-Ghana Circular Economy Conference, and GIZ/British Council Jobs For Youth Project. Ama was also the team leader for the curriculum review of the NBU (No Business As Usual) Hub Youth Entrepreneurship and Employability Program.
Through the Fabulous Women Network, Ama has shared life-changing stories of over 200 women reaching over 10 million people on social media, connected women to help, and through CTS, she has trained over a thousand people.
Ama is the author of Yarns of Inspiration. She is an Access Bank W ambassador and a 2017 Mandela Washington fellow.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Paris Graduate School of Management in France.
