Habeeb Hamzat, known professionally as Peller, is a Nigerian online streamer and content creator who has rapidly become one of Africa’s most prominent digital entertainers. Born on 10 May 2005 in Ikorodu, Lagos State, he began his content creation journey in 2021, inspired by international streamers.
After an initial period of modest attention, his perseverance paid off when he launched his comedy series, Peller’s Palava, in 2024. His popularity surged dramatically after collaborations with major artists, and he now holds the record for the highest-viewed stream in Africa.
Peller’s energetic on-screen persona and humorous skits have garnered him a massive following, with over 15 million followers on TikTok.
His achievements have been recognised with prestigious accolades, including the “Best Content Creator” award at the Trace Awards & Festival in 2024. He has also secured significant brand partnerships, becoming the first verified African creator on the streaming platform Kick.
