Andre Harrell, the great music executive producer has passed away at 59. The music legend was responsible for Diddy’s successful music career and preponderance of notable Hiphop and R&B artists.
Harrell’s death was known to many as at the same time news was coming from DJ D-Nice on his popular Instagram Livestream of ‘Club Quarantine’. The sad demise of Harrell has been confirmed by different media outlets with the cause of his death still unknown.
According to a detailed pact posted by News One, Harrell worked greatly to notch up the careers of the 1990s classics like Mary J Blige, Biggie Smalls, JoDeCi, Heavy D and other music icons. He then proceeded to sit on the seat of President and CEO of the legendary Motown Records, on which he signed artists like Al B Sure, Christopher Williams, Guy, Father MC, The Lost Boyz, among others.
With a slight deviation from music, Harrell went on to produce film and television acts. He worked as an executive producer for the hit TV show, “New York Undercover” in the ’90s. Sadly, the last post that Harrell made on his Instagram handle was captioned him wanting to fast forward 2020.
