Woman Crush Wednesday (WCW): Osayi Alile

Osayi Alile is a Nigerian entrepreneur, an expert in human development, and CEO of the Aspire Coronation Trust Foundation. He is known for giving young people the skills, tools, networks, and money they need to be successful.

 

She was given the Young Global Leader Award for her work to create jobs and give young people more power. This was in recognition of the many ways she has helped society grow and shape future leaders.

 

Also, she won the 2020 SERAS CSR Award for the ACT Foundation for Non-Profit of the Year for the third time.

 

She was Vice President of Junior Achievement of Nigeria in the past.

 

During her time in office, she helped train young people to be responsible business leaders. She also recruited more than 150 schools and put a volunteer in each one to make sure everything went smoothly. She also oversaw the development of new programs like LEAD Camp that were paid for by corporations.

 

She was also one of the people who started the Global Shapers Lagos Hub in 2011. From 2014 to 2016, she worked as a CSR Consultant for Access Bank PLC.

 

She helped Access Bank grow its day-to-day business between customers and the banking system sustainably.

 

One year after it was formed, the ACT Foundation joined the Coalition Against COVID-19 in 2021 to fight the virus. Osayi also joined and helped run the Coalition Against COVID-19.
