With a successful season start, Super Bowl quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, has been busy garnering several business endeavors off the pitch.
Enjoying his own winning streak, Mahomes has secured a new private investment, joining performance recovery tech company Hyperice as both an investor and brand ambassador.
As a result of the new partnership, Mahomes and Hyperice will have a chance to further increase recovery technology efforts on a global scale. This includes collaborative efforts centered around Hyperice’s newly launched HyperSmart connected technology devices and data-driven digital ecosystem.

As impressive as he is on the field, his investment in and advocacy for Hyperice shows his forward-thinking approach to future successes off the field.”
This investment and ambassadorial deal presents the best opportunity for Mahomes, who has relied on Hyperice products for years to optimize his performance and recovery.
His first-hand experience coupled with the company’s explosive growth profile is what led to his investment and multi-year brand ambassador deal.
“I’ve used Hyperice throughout my career as an instrumental part of my overall training and recovery routines to ensure I’m performing at my peak on game day,” said Mahomes in a statement. “My career has just begun and Hyperice gives me the tools and confidence to accelerate my recovery time and improve longevity.”
According to CNBC, Mahomes now joins the growing roster of top-tier Hyperice athlete investors and brand ambassadors including Ja Morant — 2019-20 NBA Rookie of the Year, Naomi Osaka — reigning U.S. Open Champion, and Amanda Nunes — current UFC women’s bantamweight and featherweight champion, as well as others like Blake Griffin, Juju Smith-Schuster, and Lindsey Vonn.
Mahomes has managed to rack up quite a few deals this year. He reportedly signed a ten-year $500 million extension with the Kansas City Chiefs, back in July, and became a minority owner in Major League Baseball’s Kansas City Royals franchise.
Mahomes also joined sports nutrition company BioSteel as an equity partner and has sponsorship deals with brands like State Farm, adidas, and Oakley.
