Olawale Ashimi, popularly known as Brymo, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and writer who started his music career as far back as 1999.
Brymo released his debut album ‘Brymstone’ in 2007, before he later got signed to the Chocolate City record label in 2010 from where he got shot to stardom.
Brymo has since then released hit soul and R&B songs like ‘Ara’, ‘Good Morning’, ‘Wakaa’, among others. He has released seven (7) albums so far in his career.
Brymo, fondly called omo kapenta (son of a carpenter), is considered as one of the best lead vocalists Nigeria ever produced. He is vast in the use of poetry and prose to conjure music out of reality.
