Joel Nanauka is a Tanzanian social transformer, author and international trainer saddled with helping people and corporate organizations to maximize their potentials and achieve their goals. He is adroit in management, economic diplomacy and international development. Armed with an acumen of leadership, he has been widely recognized, some of which are: The Best Young Leader in the International Youth Leaders Conference in Taiwan (2012), a medal of honor by Women of Faith (WOF) as a way of recognizing his contribution to social changes in Tanzania, and he was in 2020 named among the 100 Most Influential Young Africans by  Avance.
