Habila Malgwi is a Nigerian international investment banker. He is the Vice President, Africa of Arton Capital.
Malgwi started his career with a stint as a financial analyst with Chevron Nigeria Limited. He later went on to with work with notable companies like ValuePro Nigerian Limited and Swiss Biostadt Company.
He worked with Standard Chartered Bank as the first-ever Black wealth specialist in Standard Chartered Bank, UAE. He later moved on to take an executive position with Arton Capital a Canadian global financial firm specializing in Citizenship by investment advisory as the Director of Business for East and West Africa.
Malgwi has been instrumental to a lot of infrastructural deals in Africa; raising capital for projects such as aircraft acquisitions, modular refineries, power projects, real estate to mention but a few. Spotted severally around powerful political classes across the world, it is believed that the young Nigerian may have the interest to run for a political office soon.
As an individual who believes that migration should be widely accepted, he is actively involved in the second citizenship by investment program and seeking new ways to assist Africans to gain easy access to the world. Malgwi holds a degree in economics from Nasarawa State University.
The investment expert is widely recognized with many awards that include Most Influential Person of African Descent, Most Influential African Under 40, Most Influential Young Nigerian, Excellence Award by Range Development, etc.
